UJETO Zate™ and COLLECT SLOVENIA™ are our trademarks. As the operators of this website and the business behind it, we protect their identity, reputation and original visual presentation.

Our registered trademarks

Both trademarks are registered with the Slovenian Intellectual Property Office. Our rights cover the word and figurative forms of both marks within the scope of their valid registrations. The registrations and their classes of goods and services define the precise scope of protection.

Prior written permission required

We do not authorise third parties to use our trademarks, logos, graphic elements or other protected materials without our prior express written consent. This includes use on products, packaging, advertisements, websites, social media and in marketing or sales. Exceptions and limitations expressly permitted by applicable law remain unaffected.

Copyright and original content

Our original texts, photographs, illustrations, graphic designs, product designs and website materials are protected under applicable copyright law where the legal requirements for protection are met. Unauthorised copying, adaptation, publication, distribution and commercial exploitation are prohibited. Buying a product does not transfer intellectual property rights.

Enforcement

We actively protect our rights. In the event of unauthorised use, we may demand that the infringement cease, request removal of infringing materials, seek compensation and pursue other remedies available under applicable law.
